We are happy to offer refunds as we understand circumstances change and life happens, but we can only do this with sufficient notice. We hope then, that you will understand that we are only able to offer refunds if given 2 working days (48 hours) notice. E.g. If your appointment is on a Monday - we need to know by Thursday morning that you are unable to make it. We are also unable to offer a 'credit' or transfer your booking to another date without sufficient notice (48 hrs).
